Toyota Dream Car Art Contest 2024

Record-breaking local participation

Toyota Cyprus participated for the 14th consecutive year in the Toyota Dream Car Art Contest, organized for the 17th time by Toyota Motor Corporation, inviting children up to 15 years old to create artwork on the theme “Your Dream Car.”

The contest took place between December 1, 2023, and January 31, 2024, under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Cyprus.

This year’s Toyota Dream Car Art Contest attracted 780,000 participants worldwide, highlighting its importance as one of Toyota Motor Corporation’s most prominent international initiatives. The competition continues to expand, now taking place in over 90 countries, including Cyprus.

Through the Toyota Dream Car Art Contest, Toyota inspires children to imagine and draw the car of their dreams, encouraging them to express their creativity and innovation for a chance to win. Interest from young Toyota fans in Cyprus reached new heights this year, setting a record number of local entries with 1,545 submissions.

The participants were divided into three age categories. The first category included children 8 years old and under, the second included those aged 8 to 11, and the third included participants aged 12 to 15.

Initially, contestants submitted their drawings, which were evaluated by a panel of judges consisting of professionals from the fields of media, art, education, and the automotive industry. The judging committee then selected the three best artworks from each category.
