Toyota Dream Car Art Contest 2023

Toyota Cyprus celebrated the remarkable talent of young artist Anastasia Siekkeri.

With an emotional ceremony held at Toyota’s exhibition hall in Nicosia on October 25, Toyota Cyprus honored the exceptional talent of Anastasia Siekkeri - a young artist who distinguished herself as one of the top finalists in the prestigious Toyota Dream Car World Art Contest.

This remarkable achievement follows Anastasia’s outstanding performance in the 2023 Toyota Dream Car Cyprus Art Contest, where she excelled in the 1st Category (age group under 8). The national competition is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Cyprus.

The Toyota Dream Car World Art Contest is a globally renowned event that last year attracted over 800,000 participants from 90 countries. Anastasia’s inspired creativity and artistic expression stood out among thousands of entries, earning her the title of one of the world’s best finalists. Notably, only 21 children worldwide were recognized as top finalists, each receiving a $3,000 prize to be used for educational purposes.

In addition to the monetary award, Anastasia Siekkeri received a special commemorative plaque as a symbol of recognition, appreciation, and honor, which arrived in Cyprus directly from Japan. This distinctive plaque was crafted by Toyota’s Production Engineering Development Center (PEDC) at Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC). More than just an award, it represents Toyota’s acknowledgment of Anastasia’s exceptional talent and creativity.

For the 13th consecutive year, Toyota Cyprus is participating in the Toyota Dream Car World Art Contest, organized by Toyota Motor Corporation for the 16th year. The competition invites children up to 15 years old to unleash their imagination and depict “The car of your dreams.”

“The distinction achieved by Anastasia Siekkeri is not merely a personal triumph for her, but a source of pride and honor for the entire island of Cyprus,” said Mr. Loucas Leonidou, Marketing & CX Manager of Toyota Cyprus. “Her remarkable talent and imagination, showcased through this global competition, represent a special achievement for our country as well.”

“At Toyota Cyprus, we are deeply committed to nurturing creativity and innovation, and Anastasia’s success is a tangible example of the spirit and inventiveness that Toyota celebrates and recognizes. We believe in the power of dreams, and Anastasia’s artwork beautifully embodies the essence of dreaming without limits,” he concluded.

Toyota Cyprus extends its heartfelt congratulations to Anastasia Siekkeri for her outstanding performance in the Toyota Dream Car World Art Contest.

As a company, Toyota Cyprus remains dedicated to supporting and encouraging young talent across the island, fostering a culture where creativity knows no boundaries.
