  • How the process works:

    1. Toyota personnel check for a remanufactured part application and availability

    2. The remanufactured part is ordered with a deposit

    3. The vehicle is repaired using the remanufactured part

    4. The broken part is returned* to Toyota and sent to an approved Toyota remanufacturing unit abroad

  • 5. The broken part is disassembled, cleaned and checked against Toyota specifications

    6. The remanufacturing is done

    7. The part is reassembled and tested to Toyota OE specifications

    8. The part is packaged and ready to be used


*In case the broken part is not returned to Toyota, a core unit cost is charged.
