Toyota was awarded the title of “Manufacturer of the Year”

Toyota has been named “Best Manufacturer” at the 2024 Autocar Awards in the United Kingdom. The title recognizes how each brand engages with every segment of the market through its product range, as well as the proven reliability and durability of its vehicles.

In Toyota’s case, the magazine also highlights that the company is led by people who genuinely love cars and driving, a passion that is clearly reflected in the vehicles it produces. With this award, Toyota becomes the first car manufacturer to win the title twice, having previously received it in 2020.

In its evaluation, Autocar praised Toyota’s outstanding durability and reliability, qualities that the brand has “earned through decades of building exceptional cars.” The publication also emphasized the effectiveness of Toyota’s hybrid models, noting their proven efficiency in everyday driving.

Moreover, according to Autocar’s panel of judges, Toyota stands out from the competition because the company is “run from the top down by people who truly understand and love cars and driving.”
