Service Advisor | Limassol

With a focus on doing business the way that customers love, we have a new position for a Service Advisor in Limassol.

Your main duties will include: 

• Managing customer interactions and ensure a flawless customer service at the reception area of our workshop.  
• Explaining and supporting customers with details on the work performed on their vehicle and the invoicing.  
• Communicate customer concerns to technicians and inform customers through out the repair process. 
• Provide accurate cost estimates to customers along with the timeframe for their vehicles repair or service. 
• Coordination with Parts department where necessary. 
• Taking the necessary initiatives to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the team. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar position in the automotive industry or HORECA industry or a similar field.  
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field will be considered an advantage. 
• Fluency in Greek and English.  
• Good computer skills.  
• Valid driving licence.  
• Ability to work within a team in an organized manner.
