The new all-electric Toyota C-HR+ made its world premiere at the brand’s recent Kenshiki Forum held in Brussels. With its striking coupe-SUV design that exudes dynamism and delivers a first-class driving experience, the Toyota C-HR+ combines emotion and practicality, offering a bold yet elegant proposition at the heart of the growing C-SUV BEV segment. The “+” in its name symbolizes the added versatility and practicality it brings, together with the distinctive qualities of its BEV powertrain.
Although inspired by the highly successful Toyota C-HR, the new C-HR+ is a completely independent model, developed under Toyota’s e-TNGA BEV philosophy. It features a unique exterior and interior design with a clean, modern, and dynamic profile. The front end incorporates styling elements that make it instantly recognizable as a Toyota BEV, with a wide stance, sharp lines, and a coupe-like crossover silhouette.
The interior of the Toyota C-HR+ embraces a modern and minimalist design language, offering a sense of spaciousness and premium craftsmanship. Despite its coupe form, cabin space remains generous, with no compromises in rear passenger comfort.
Measuring 4,520 mm in length and with a 2,750 mm wheelbase, it delivers outstanding comfort, while the 416-litre luggage capacity exceeds the typical standards for C-segment SUVs. The cabin comes equipped with the latest in comfort, safety, and connectivity technologies.
With two battery options (57.7 kWh and 77 kWh) and versions offering front-wheel or all-wheel drive, the Toyota C-HR+ provides a wide range of choices for different types of drivers. In fact, the AWD version will be among Toyota’s most powerful models in Europe, delivering 343 horsepower and accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.2 seconds.
