In October 2025, Dickran Ouzounian & Co. Ltd. will launch in Cyprus the new TOYOTA C-HR+ model. A limited volume of the TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicles will be made available for pre-ordering as of October 2025. More information about this new model can be obtained from https://www.toyota.com.cy/ or from an Authorised Toyota Retailer. The prices for the purchase of the TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicle will be available in November 2025. Note that Dickran Ouzounian & Co. Ltd. reserves the right to alter any details of pricing, specifications, and equipment without any prior notice.
In the meantime, in order to be able to manage the ordering and production processes of this limited volume of the TOYOTA C-HR+ for 2025, a reservation list will be set up in order to register each interested person’s intention to order a TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicle and to have a proper overview of the intended ordering level.
Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, as well as to your explicit acceptance thereof, you may confirm your interest in ordering a TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicle in 2025 and onwards and be included on the reservation list for the TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicles that will be made available in Cyprus (the “Reservation”) in 2025.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Toyota”, “we”, “our” or “us” refer to Dickran Ouzounian & Co. Ltd.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Only one Reservation per person will be accepted.
2. Given the limited available volume, the Reservation entitles you to be a prioritised customer when the TOYOTA C-HR+ model is launched in 2025 in Cyprus, meaning that you then have a guarantee that you will be able to order a TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicle in 2025 and onwards from an Authorised Toyota Retailer of your choice.
You have the possibility to make a Reservation in accordance with these terms and conditions as from October 2025. Reservations are accepted on a “first come first served” basis as long as TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicles are available for reservation based on the limited volume. As soon as the total available volume of TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicles has been reserved, no Reservations will be possible or accepted anymore and you will then have the possibility to be directed to a “waiting list” as specified in Section 8 below.
3. Reservation fee: In order to be included on the Reservation list for the TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicles, you must have paid to us an amount of €500 in the way indicated in Section 3 below. The payment of the Reservation fee must be done via debit or credit card through a secure portal (the “MyToyota” portal).
Any payment with debit or credit card will be directed through a secure portal and your card details will not be stored. You hereby confirm that you are authorised to use this payment method and you accept that we and/or your card issuer may carry out security checks in this respect.
Please note that we will not pay any interest or any other compensation or remuneration to you with respect to the Reservation fee.
Upon receipt of your payment of the Reservation fee by us: your name will be included on the Reservation list for the ordering of a TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicle in 2025 and you will receive by email a confirmation that your name has been included on that Reservation list.
The Reservation fee is refundable in the situations specified in Section 6 below.
4. Scope of the Reservation - Validity of the Reservation - Ordering of the TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicle within the Reservation’s validity period:
Subject to payment of the Reservation fee, the Reservation ensures that you will be able to order a TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicle at an Authorised Toyota Retailer of your choice within the Reservation’s validity period as specified below. In other words, the payment of the reservation fee reserves the possibility for you to order a TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicle.
The Reservation does not: (i) constitute an order for a TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicle or an agreement by us and/or any Authorised Toyota Retailer to sell you such vehicle; (ii) constitute a commitment from or obligation for us and/or any Authorised Toyota Retailer to supply to you a TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicle or to grant or accept financing conditions related to the sale thereof to you; and (iii) give you any guarantee or commitment as to any build or delivery date of a TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicle.
Only an order form signed by you at an Authorised Toyota Retailer of your choice will provide you with the sale-purchase conditions and warranties of such Authorised Toyota Retailer with respect to a TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicle.
Following the date on which we have received your payment of the Reservation fee, your Reservation will remain valid until 30 November 2025 (inclusive), or until such later date as necessitated by a delay in the Commencement of Orders ('Commencement of Orders' meaning the first date on which order intake officially begings). Should you wish to order the TOYOTA C-HR+, you will have to sign an order form for the TOYOTA C-HR+ at an Authorised Toyota Retailer. Please note that the ordering will be possible as from October 2025 up to the end of the Reservation’s validity period.
At the end of the Reservation’s validity period your Reservation will automatically expire without any further formal notice or warning being given to you or without you having to give us any notice or warning.
No order signed after expiry of the Reservation’s validity period will be accepted.
5. Treatment of the Reservation fee
Once we have received the Reservation fee, you will receive from the Authorised Toyota Retailer that you selected in case you wish to order a TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicle a receipt for the €500 reservation fee. Should you order a TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicle as specified in Section 4 above, and at the time you pay for the TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicle, the Reservation fee will be deducted from your final payment of the TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicle to your selected Authorised Toyota Retailer.
6. Refund of the Reservation fee
The Reservation fee shall be refunded to you in full in the event that within the Reservation’s validity period mentioned in Section 4 above you have notified us by email at info@Toyota-cyprus.com that you wish to cancel your Reservation. Such cancellation can be done at any time at your discretion and without you having to provide any justification. In such case the refund of the Reservation fee will be executed via the same debit or credit card which you used to make the payment of the Reservation fee, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the notification of the cancellation of your Reservation, as the case may be and as specified above.
If you have not undertaken the above-mentioned action within the Reservation’s validity period, the Reservation fee will be refunded via the same debit or credit card which you used to make the payment of the Reservation fee, at the latest within fourteen (14) days after the expiry of the Reservation’s validity period Within these fourteen (14) days.
7. Your Reservation is not transferable or assignable.
8. Waiting list:
After the end of the reservations validity period or as soon as the total available volume of TOYOTA C-HR+ has been reserved, whichever occurs first, the Reservation system will be blocked, and you will have the possibility to register yourself on a “waiting list”. If and when an additional volume of TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicles becomes available, the Reservation system will be reopened. You will then receive a notice in due course for you to make a Reservation if you so wish. For the avoidance of doubt, any possible reopening of the Reservation systems is subject to these terms and conditions.
9. Use of your personal data:
By making your Reservation as described above, you agree to be subject to, and comply with, the Privacy Policy and privacy notices related to the use of your personal data as specified on this Web site. In particular, you also consent to the use of your personal data for the handling of your Reservation in accordance with these terms and conditions. Only personal data relevant to the proper handling of your Reservation will be handled (including name, email address and your personal data related to the payment of the Reservation fee). You also agree that, in the framework of such handling, your personal data may be used by and transferred to the following entities: - Dickran Ouzounian & Co. Ltd. with head office at Markou Drakou 6, Engomi, 2409 Nicosia (Cyprus); - TOYOTA Motor Europe NV/SA with head office at Avenue du Bourget 60, 1140 Brussels (Belgium); - any affiliated company of TOYOTA Motor Europe NV/SA in the EEA, which is involved in the handling of your Reservation; - the Authorised Toyota Retailer which will process your order; and/or - any of our suppliers or service providers, or any supplier or service provider of TOYOTA Motor Europe NV/SA or of any affiliated company of TOYOTA Motor Europe NV/SA in the EEA, or any sub-contractor of such suppliers or service providers, which is providing services in the framework of the handling of your Reservation. Your above-mentioned personal data used for the handling of the Reservation will be deleted from our databases no later than when you have been reimbursed for the Reservation fee upon cancellation of your Reservation by you or upon your ordering of the TOYOTA C-HR+ vehicle before the expiry of the Reservation’s validity period or when you have been reimbursed upon expiry of the Reservation’s validity period, whichever comes first.
10. Acceptance of these terms and conditions:
By reserving the new Toyota C-HR+ you accept the terms and conditions.
