Body & Paint Specialist - Toyota Nicosia

We are looking for a Body & Paint Specialist to join our Parts team in Nicosia. 

Job Summary

The Body and Paint Specialist will have a significant role in ensuring the efficient management, coordination and support of all Body & Paint related parts processes. The role serves as the key liaison between the Parts Department, Service Department, external partners, insurers and suppliers to ensure timely, accurate and high-quality service delivery.
The successful candidate will be agile, have an eye for detail, and is well organized to ensure timely execution as well  thorough and clear communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparation of estimates and costings.
  • Timely placement of orders and delivery of spare parts.
  • Communication with insurance companies and damage assessors.
  • Coordination of workflow and synchronization with the Workshop Department.
  • Coordination with suppliers and other external vendors.
  • Monitor the progress of orders, identifying and reporting of any potential delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, communications and parts – related documentation. 

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent in Greek and English language skills.
  • Clean driving license and the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Tech savvy individual with the ability to learn and explore new systems and basic troubleshooting.
  • Great communication skills and pleasant personality.
  • Organized personality.
