Privacy notice
Dickran Ouzounian & Co. Ltd. (TOYOTA Cyprus), Markou Drakou 6, Engomi, 2409 Nicosia, Cyprus, and Toyota Motor Europe NV/SA (“TME”), Avenue du Bourget / Bourgetlaan 60, 1140 Brussels, Belgium, as “Data Controllers”, will collect your Personal Data (as indicated below) for the purposes as described below.
When you contact us with a request for test drive, quotation, brochure, appointment or any other request for information on Toyota/Lexus products, services or apps via our Toyota/Lexus website or a Toyota/Lexus application via, the following rules will apply:
- You will be asked to provide us with the following Personal Data: name and email address, and telephone number;
- We will use that Personal Data only for fulfilling and following up on your requests;
- Your Personal Data will not be shared with any other company, except that certain of your requests may be fulfilled using your selected Authorised Retailer/Repairer (https://www.toyota.com.cy/dealers/centers); and
- In order to enable us and yourself to follow up on your requests smoothly, your Personal Data will be kept for 6 months after the date on which you provided us with it and will be deleted upon expiry of that period of time.
The rules above have to be read together with the General Toyota Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy in which the general modalities of the processing of your Personal Data are described and which you must have read and accepted.
