Can I trust Hybrid technology?

Ask Toyota Hybrid

Designed to last a lifetime

Toyota has been developing innovative, self-charging Hybrid technology for over 20 years. Now in its fourth generation, our Hybrid technology powers almost one in two of our sales in Europe and will provide the foundation for a new range of battery-electric Toyotas available by the early 2020s.

The pioneering battery technology in a Toyota Hybrid is engineered to last for the entire lifetime of the car. In fact, some mechanical elements such as the clutch, alternator and starter motor are removed completely, further reducing the risk of unforeseen costs in the future. Not only that, all Hybrid components, including the Hybrid battery, come with Toyota’s 5-year/100,000km* warranty from new.
